Sales Consultant

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively to meet targeted goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Track and report sales activities, market trends, and competitor information to management.

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
