Sales & Contracts Coordinator

Job description / Role

- Provide support on contract-related matters and to Sales Engineers
- Coordinate and manage sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Coordinate with responsible departments for projects progress
- Prepare and review sales proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update sales and contract databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Monitor and track contract performance and compliance, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or Engineering field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or contract management role.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and contract management principles.
- Experience in the Fire Fighting is preferred.
- Excellent communication .
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
