Job description / Role
- Responsible for scheduling dispatch (Exports & Import) in coordination with Customers and Factory Dispatch.
- Process quotation requests from Customers and process orders.
- To provide customer service and sales support to commercial and temporary clients.
- Monitor orders to make sure it went through and confirm expected shipment dates and update it in the system.
- Make contract documents and confirm order document for Customers (through SAP).
- Make invoices for local and all export deliveries through SAP and send to the customers.
- Handle all accounts of every client.
Requirements
- Graduate in Science / Commerce
- Preferred Candidates from Building Material Industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Good in MS Office
- Good in MIS
- Good in Scheduling, Planning & Coordination
