Our client is an Interior Design firm who design projects for the commercial market in the UAE. They have offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for their Dubai branch.
Responsibilities will include coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating all relevant information. You will ensure the team is in possession of all sales related equipment and marketing materials in order to maximise their success, respond to customer queries/complaints and provide after-sales support when required.
The role will also encompass the processing of orders with accuracy and efficiency, assist in the production and organisation of promotional material or events and keep clients informed and up to date on job progression.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Team Assistant or in a similar administration function. Good MS Office skills are essential, as is proficiency in English and excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a real team player, who is happy to get involved in anything and everything! Female candidates are preferred and this role may be ideal for someone who is looking to get back into work after taking time out for children etc.
