Sales Coordinator

Job description / Role

Key tasks
- To ensure smooth administration of Sales & Marketing Department to the standard required by the Hotel and follow up of assigned and "Walk-In" site inspections and in-house group arrangements
- To coordinate all internal and external correspondence, incoming e-mail, and another administrative duties for the Sales team.
- To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel as per the procedures and policies
- To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Novotel and Ibis Gate standards of performance, by e-mail, phone or in person
- To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within different sub departments of the Sales and Marketing Department or any other Department of the hotel as assigned
- Developing & maintaining sales proposals & collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures and other materials related to marketing
- Supervising the production or implementation of marketing materials
- Executing wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, marketing trade show & events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions & marketing plan
- Developing standardize presentations, sales script and proposals
- Report to Director of Sales & Marketing

- 1 to 2 years Languages essential English
