Job description / Role
About the Client:
The hiring company is a group of companies handling diversified brands under retail industry. Engaged in general trading, hospitality, fashion, real estate, watches and jewelry, construction, media and advertising.
Job Role:
• Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules, filing important document and communicating relevant information
• Handle the processing of all orders in a timely manner
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support as needed
• Monitor the teams’ progress, identify shortcomings and pre-pose improvements
• Store and short financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Female, 38 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same role, background in FMCG, HORECA, Healthcare or Stationary is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant certifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
