Looking for an exciting, Sales coordinator role that gives you the opportunity to work with the sales team within the sales & operations department with the opportunity to grow a fresh start-up into a successful market-changing business?

About the Job:
- Helping the sales team to generate leads and improve their productivity by contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
- Ensuring that all Sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries through support chat.
- Collaborating and supporting other departments, such as food supplier onboarding and data administration.
- Store, sort and analyze data in electronic form and present reports.
- Maintaining the CRM system and communicating with sales team to keep customer information up to date.

Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Well organized with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in Excel & Microsoft office overall.
