Sales Coordinator

As a sales coordinator, you will create memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and maintains the highest standard of guest care and service.

What you will be doing:

- Prepares Purchase Requests/requisitions for stationeries and office supplies.
- Prepares Sales Kits.
- Ensure the office equipment are in working order.
- Maintains and updates Sales Mailing List.
- Prepares and types sales team's corporate offer letters, updates Opera and ensures it is reviewed and properly checked before handing it for signature.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Minimum two years' experience in a five star hotel
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and problem solving

- Provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests' satisfaction
