Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The mission of this position is to oversee the performance and efficiency level of sales representatives and to make sure we provide a very good quality of service to our customers and potential customers.
• This will be done by coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested
• Keeping CRM and ERP are updated on a daily basis
• Daily follow-ups with relevant teams to make sure customer jobs are handled perfectly.
• Data entry of CRM and ERP (Entering order information into the company database)
• Follow-up on leads and customers’ requirements
• Hold daily meetings with operations and customer service teams to define the priority of each job and resolve bottlenecks. This position will be responsible for moderating the meeting.
• Preparing daily and weekly performance reports
• Proper documentation of customer jobs and leads
• Provide daily report to CEO about the progress of the jobs and most important bottlenecks
• Tracking and reporting objectives and performance of each sales rep.
• Working with staff members from other departments such as operations, marketing, research/design, and financing to optimize sales


• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
• Excellent command of English literacy is required
• Experience working with ERP and CRM is a plus.
• Excellent in excel and office suite.
• Sharp attention to detail
• Good analytical skills
• Solid Communication skills
• Program management skills are required
• Good presentation skills are required to manage and run daily meetings efficiently.
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
