Sales Coordinator

Job description / Role

Job Responsibilities:
• Sales Management: Assists the Sales Manager for ME / Asia markets: Supports Sales Head and BU Head to follow-up on sales leads for ME & Asia markets, Afghanistan / Pakistan to begin with.
• Supply Planning and Forecasting: Closely work with the Vitalife Sales team to generate monthly sales forecast by market/SKU.
• Supply Chain coordination: Closely work with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability. Liaise with Sales team and secure customer confirmation on shipment dates and payments.
• Work with the factory Logistics team to secure shipments. Liaise with 3rd party government agencies to secure required documents and attestations.
• Liase with the customer finance team to ensure rebates, trade discounts, and credit outstanding.
• Work in close coordination with Vitalife Finance teams to ensure smooth business transactions.

Other Responsibilities:
• Liaise with the Vitalife sales team to collate the monthly sales plan by market by SKU.
• Align Sales plan with monthly / annual targets and highlight deviations with the respective sales team.
• Post internal alignment on Sales plan, secure product delivery in close coordination with GPI KAM teams.
• Work with factory Logistics teams and customer towards arranging dispatches.
• Ensure Credit management with customers and company's finance team for smooth shipment coordination.

Salary:
AED 6,500 to 7,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Must be graduate. Post Graduate Qualifications in Sales/Supply Chain will be preferred.
• Given the high level of engagement with customers, prior hard-core sales experience within the FMCG space is a must.
• Understanding of the shipping process (documentation, shipment booking, logistics is a must)
• Excellent MS Office (MS Excel) skills are a must.
• Understand the nuances of supply chain coordination and forecast planning.
• Hands-on experience with customer service and coordination.
• Effective Communication (Especially English)
