Sales Coordinator (Business Setup background)

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to support the B2C Sales function.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the sales function. This role will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring excellent client engagement and maximizing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate client interactions and update Business Set-Up Advisors (BSA) with opportunities and re-enquiries.
• Ensure all client queries are addressed, and opportunities are assigned efficiently.
• Track performance data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on opportunities.
• Verify client documents and complete tasks such as KYC verification within 1 working day.
• Provide support to consultants and ensure timely handling of client inquiries.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing and data analysis role.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer focus skills.

NOTE: this is a shift basis role, and the candidate may be required to work on weekends.
