Sales Coordinator

Job description / Role

- Coordinate and support the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and communication with clients.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring all necessary details are accurate and complete.
- Assist in tracking sales targets and reporting on sales performance.
- Liaise with customers to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and handle any complaints professionally.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring that all client interactions are documented.
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing activities and events related to sales promotion.

- UAE National (Emirati) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the manufacturing or paint industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle customer relationships professionally.
