Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main Responsibilities:
· Order Entry and Processing in the CRM
· Order Tracking and Monitoring through CRM
· Order Resolution and Issue Management
· Order Documentation and Record Keeping:
· Customer Communication
· Coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Skill:
· Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
· Exposure to ZOHO is desirable
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve order-related issues effectively.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Graduate or equivalent
· Candidates with printing and gift trading experience will be given preference

We are a corporate gifting & promotional giveaways company with an in-house printing facility, giving it a competitive edge. HAK Gifts began with the idea to make printing services easy, accessible and cost-effective for the UAE market. But an ever-growing customer base looking for a holistic solution and the rising market demand in the GCC region made us diversify into trading.

Hence, what started as a printing facility in 2014 is now a full-fledged trading company which consists of a warehouse, a printing factory and an office.
