Job Description
- Ensure smooth administration of Sales Department to the standard required by the hotel and follow up of assigned and walk-in site inspections and in-house group arrangements.
- Coordinate all internal and external correspondence, incoming email, and other administrative duties for the Sales team.
- Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Novotel & Ibis procedures and policies.
- Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Novotel and Ibis Gate standards of performance, by email, phone or in person.
- Be flexible and adapt to rotate within different sub-departments of the Sales Department or any other department of the hotel as assigned.
- Develop and maintain sales proposals and collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures and other materials related to marketing.
- Develop standardised presentations, sales scripts and proposals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or sales.
- Preferably has 1 or 2 years' experience in a customer service or telephone contact position.
- Computer literate: desktop applications, internet and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in the national language, good working knowledge of English.
