Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team in Dubai. Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients to ensure consistent service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities for growth.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and provide logistical support for sales team initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing product information and resolving issues as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.
