Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A reputable trading firm in Abu Dhabi known for supplying high-grade steel pipes, flanges, and engineered piping components to top industrial clients.

Job Description:
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices in coordination with the sales team.
• Follow up with clients on inquiries, deliveries, and payment status.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM documentation.

Qualifications:
• Asians, 40 and below
• At least 2 years’ UAE experience in sales coordination within the same industry/product line (piping)
• Strong knowledge of quotation preparation, LPO processing, and sales documentation
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel required) and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar preferred)

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
