Sales Coordinator / Call Centre Associate

Job description / Role

My client is looking for a confident, sales-driven team member to join as a Sales Coordinator / Call Centre Associate. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, making outbound calls, and encouraging customers to book and return for more premium beauty treatments and wellness services.

What you’ll do:
* Answer calls, WhatsApps & emails with professionalism and warmth
* Reach out to existing clients to upsell treatments & packages
* Manage bookings and follow up to ensure a smooth client journey
* Hit sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service

What you'll need:
* Experience in sales, customer service, or call centre roles (beauty/aesthetics industry preferred)
* Confident, persuasive communicator and not afraid of getting on the phone
* Driven, target focused and passionate about customer care

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Uncapped commission (OTE 20K)
