Sales Coordinator - Retail

Job description / Role

- Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through.
- Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries.
- Check with the tailor department for any amendments or finished items.
- Arange items by size and color.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customers service practices.
- Hands-on experience with POS (point of sale) transactions.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- high school degree, BS degree in marketing or related would be a plus.
