Our Client (Logistics Sector) is looking for a Sales/Customer Service Executive for their Dubai, UAE branch.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing needs.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 2 years of sales experience in logistics or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to bring in new business.
- Gender - Female
- UAE experience preferred.
