Sales Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Designer to join our team in the vibrant interior design industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of design acumen and sales expertise, enabling them to understand client needs and translate them into beautiful, functional spaces. You will work closely with clients to provide tailored design solutions, ensuring a seamless blend of aesthetic appeal and practicality. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction, making you an essential part of our growing team.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
• Develop and present innovative design concepts that resonate with clients' visions and requirements.
• Create detailed design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and convert them into satisfied clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, materials, and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess spaces and offer on-site design consultations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Participate in trade shows and networking events to showcase our design offerings and expand our market reach.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales within the interior design industry or a similar field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of current design trends, materials, and color theory.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and site visits as required.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission
