A global brand that is dedicated to bringing fun, high energy and quality to their industry, is seeking a performance driven Sales Director to join their office in Dubai. The Sales Director will report to the Vice President of Sales and will be a strong communicator with the capability to build long lasting relationships with clients, internal and external partners and distributors. You will cover markets which will include Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Pakistan and Iran and you will manage all of the sales, business development and commercial activities. Sales management, key account management and distributor management will be part of your daily role and will involve analysing sales trends, sales targets and budgets, distribution channels and proposing innovative ideas in order to ensure financial targets.

Managing the portfolio of brands, you will create and embed short- term, mid-term and long-term plans for profit growth, based on your local, regional and industry knowledge. Other key focus areas for this role will include developing key customer accounts within the region, contract management and renewal, sales pitches and presentations, client support and complete budget management. You will be keen to develop your team and work cross-functionally with the marketing team and distributors, implementing brand strategies and coordinating key market visits.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

In order to apply for the vacancy you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within distributor management, across the MENI regions and preferably within the consumer electronics or FMCG industry. The successful candidate will possess high energy levels, a collaborative and inclusive personality and you will be educated to Degree level. The position will require the individual to travel extensively, so flexibility is a must. Our client is looking for a fluent English speaker with the addition of Arabic being preferred.
