Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an Account Director to undertake account management responsibilities and supervise staff. Your duties will involve both managing relationships with 5 Key Government clients and guiding account personnel.

You will have great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships. You will also possess excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate and advise account managers, supervisors and executives.

The goal is to ensure the company's retention of clientele and facilitate further growth.

As a Sales Director, you will:

- Plan budgets and activities for account management in the company
- Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff
- Provide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectives
- Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics
- Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
- Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
- Read reports of subordinates and communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders

Requirements

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Science or Business Administration
- Proven account management skills and experience in handling large government / corporate accounts;
- Minimum 15+ years of Sales experience with leading IT System Integrators or IT Consulting Organizations in the region.
- Technical competence and understanding on cyber security market.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and a skilled negotiator.
- Ability to handle stressful situations, pressures and deadline.
- Proven ability to engage with and align senior executives, CISO etc.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals including stakeholders from internal audit, compliance and business units.
- A desire to innovate in the UAE
