Job description / Role
This position is responsible for the managerial oversight of an assigned luxury property project and staff by directing the team, implementing initiatives that achieve the company's expected results.
The role is also responsible for driving project profitability and designing the strategic direction for the sales team and ensuring that all goals align with the overall company goals.
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, Real Estate, Marketing and/or related field
- 15+ years of direct sales experience
- Minimum 5 years in Luxury sales management experience
- Proven experience in successfully managing indirect sales channel
- Real Estate industry experience
