Job description / Role
The Director of Sales will be responsible for identifying opportunities for profitable growth, conduct successful development and execution of business plans and build enduring relationships with distributors across Middle East and Africa and have a strong background in Infant nutrition and consumer health products

Description
- Reporting to the CEO, this person would be responsible for :
- Develop sales strategies for national and local market opportunities and competitive conditions
- Manage specialised distributors across the Middle East and Africa
- Develop Middle East and Africa region markets through business development, partnerships, enterprise sales and other market development activities.

Requirements
- To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following
- 10-15 years of overall experience with at least 8 years of strong and relevant experience in Infant nutrition and consumer health OTC products
- P/L management experience
- Excellent strategic thinking and distributor management skills.
- Experience in a large FMCG or pharmaceutical companies
