Job description / Role
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership within the UAE and GCC markets, with strong knowledge of the regional business landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and achieve company targets in the UAE and GCC regions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative environment to drive motivation and enhance team performance.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost efficiency in sales operations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior sales role, with a strong focus on the UAE and GCC markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the [specific industry] landscape, market trends, and customer dynamics in the UAE and GCC.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with exceptional coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
