Sales Director

Job description / Role

We are hiring a Sales Director for a leading real estate developer in Dubai. The designation is flexible and can be tailored to your experience—Regional Sales Manager, Sales Manager, International Sales Manager, Sales Director, or AVP Sales.

If you are a seasoned professional in the UAE’s real estate market with a strong client network, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

We seek a dynamic leader with proven team management skills and extensive experience in off-plan sales. If you have the expertise and drive to excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you.

• Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
• Must be based in Dubai
• Strong client network is essential
• Team leadership experience is preferred, but if you are confident in your ability to lead, we are open to considering your application
• Proven track record of strong sales performance is a must

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
