Position Title: Sales Director

Salary: up to 80K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

An investment group based in Dubai having business with Construction, Engineering, and Industrial.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's growth objectives and market trends.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and group sales targets.
• Identify and target key markets, industries, and potential clients to drive business expansion.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic speakers
• Male, 53 years old and below
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 10 years experience in UAE with proven track record of success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets, ideally in the construction, events, or related industry
• With strong understanding of the UAE and MENA & Africa market dynamics
• Knowledgeable using CRM software such as (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM
• With valid UAE driving license
