Position Title: Sales Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

About the Client:
A trusted supplier of premium tiles and sanitaryware, based in Dubai, serving high-end projects across the UAE and GCC.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including project and key account managers.
• Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Monitor sales performance and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and report key metrics to top management.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic & European Nationalities, 50 years old and below
• At least 8 years of sales leadership experience in the UAE, preferably in the construction, materials, or design industry..
• Must have a strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
