Job description / Role
In this role you would lead the GCC market expansion, providing IT services for large enterprises with focus on the banking sector - both direct sales to clients and indirect sales through local partners and channels.

Description
* Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive sale and Go To Market plan to expand presence in the GCC market, with new business acquisition in the UAE, Qatar and Oman, with special focus on banking & financial services sector.
* Client Relationships: Leverage existing relationships and banking industry knowledge across the target countries in GCC.
* Partner Management: Establish and manage partnerships with local IT services & product partners to enhance our market penetration.
* Sales Lifecycle: Manage lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and deal closure.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
* Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to senior management.
* Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and bidding teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities and go-to-market messaging
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in the GCC.

Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 5 years focused on GCC markets
* Deep understanding of banking sector dynamics with relevant sales experience in the region.
* Proven ability to drive sales through direct client engagement and indirect partner channels.
* Existing network of C-level and decision-maker contacts in the banking and financial services sector.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and closing deals.
