Sales Director - UAE Developer - Arabic Speaking
Client is a very reputable and successful developer in the UAE who are now looking to diversify and build affordable residential housing projects in the region. The are looking for an ARABIC speaking Sales Director to hire and manage a new team in Dubai.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure short & long term profitably of the department by developing and implementing and new sales strategy.
• Hire and train new sales consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
• Provide leadership for the daily sales operation by training and motivating the sales team.
• Generate proposals and make deliver high quality presentations to achieve new business.
• Consistently meet business growth objectives.
Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years experience in Real Estate Sales, a minimum of 5 years as a Senior Manager/Director/GM
• A bachelors degree in a relative field
The successful candidates MUST have:
• A strong understanding of industry and demonstrate knowledge/capabilities in the areas of financial analysis, business administration, legal, human resources, ethical practices, marketing, business development and sales
• The ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups
• Must have strong background and expertise in managing a diverse workforce and overseeing sales, operations and expense management.
