Sales Director, GCC - IT Services (SI)

Job description / Role

Directly reporting to the CEO, you will be in charge of driving the Sales team in GCC and drive business development with various corporate segments.

Description

* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across the Middle East region.
* Target Corporate and Government sectors and grow existing accounts
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and ensure successful product launches.
