Sales & E-commerce Conversion Specialist (Arabic/English)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly driven and bilingual Sales & E-commerce Conversion Specialist to be the front-facing communication expert for our digital channels. Your primary mission will be to engage, educate, and convert website + Onsite visitors and social media users into paying customers. This role requires fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Conversion (Core Focus)
- Front-Line Communication: Proactively engage with potential customers across the company website (via chat/messaging), social media platforms, and direct messaging channels.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert on our product offerings, materials, and unique value proposition to effectively guide customers through their purchasing journey.
- Visitor-to-Customer Conversion: Analyze customer needs, address inquiries, overcome objections, and drive sales by converting initial interest and inquiries into completed purchases.

E-commerce Operations & Support:
- Listing Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and engaging product listings, ensuring all material specifications and features are clearly communicated on the e-commerce platform.
- Order Coordination: Ensure smooth processing and tracking of online orders, from placement to dispatch, coordinating with logistics and inventory teams.

Language & Communication:
- Conduct all communication, both written and verbal, with professional fluency in Arabic and English.
- Develop and maintain a library of standard responses and product information in both languages to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

- Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory).
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within an e-commerce or showroom.
- Demonstrable experience using Live Chat tools on a website and managing direct communication on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp Business.
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills focused on closing sales.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify Platform
