Job description / Role
• Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities.
• Contact or visits potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations.
• Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential clients in assigned territory.
• Attends and works trade shows for company in assigned territory.
• Ensures contacts receive company's literature and price catalogs.
• Answers any questions and obtains any further information required by customers.
• Assists customers with ordering information and configurations.
• Provides quotations based on customer requirements and negotiate prices when required.
• Follows up with customers after receiving their order.
• Works in parallel with financial department for any payment issues with customers.
• Ensures equipment properly set up and functioning.
• Measures customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns.
• Submits sales related reports to Sales Manager.
• Provides briefings on sales activities, problems, etc., to Sales Manager / Area Manager as requested.
• Performs any other appropriately related duty as requested by the Area Manager/ Sales Manager.
Requirements
• Candidate should be available in UAE
• Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering Degree
• 4 to 6 years of experience in any GCC countries in the field of heavy construction equipment
• Good communication skills in English/Arabic
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ready to join within 2/3 weeks’ time
