Sales Engineer

Job description / Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in UAE. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and product knowledge, and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction to our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Assist in the development of new product offerings.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers.
• Identify and analyze customer needs, providing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs.
• Interact and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and invoices.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and results.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field.
• Proven experience in sales engineering or similar role.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and commercially.
• Highly organized and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A valid driving license.
