Job description / Role
* Understand the company's waterproofing services, systems, and solutions, including their features and benefits.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in waterproofing technology and materials.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand market presence.
* Identify target market segments and business opportunities for sales growth.
* Engage with potential customers to understand their waterproofing needs.
* Conduct on-site inspections to assess existing systems and recommend solutions.
* Collaborate with customers to create customized waterproofing solutions and present proposals.
* Manage relationships with key accounts and handle sales inquiries and negotiations.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and maintain confidentiality.
* Use market intelligence for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and metrics to evaluate performance and address challenges.
* Provide feedback on market conditions and product improvements to support decision-making.
* Represent the company at industry events to promote brand visibility and business development.
Requirements:
* Minimum Experience: 02 Years
* Maximum Experience: 04 Years
* Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering)
Critical Skills
* Strong technical background and understanding of waterproofing technologies and applications.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
* Sales-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and driving business growth.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
* Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary:
AED
3,500 to 4,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 30 days annual leave with air ticket, Benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
