Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Sales Engineer with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the domains of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and drives within UAE’s Industrial Automation solutions sector. The successful candidate will focus on lead generation, fostering lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the infrastructure and industrial segment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the Industrial Automation, water, and other infrastructure industries.
• Create, present, and deliver proposals, quotations, and persuasive sales presentations.
• Explain and showcase technical solutions to end-user clients effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales deals successfully.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals consistently.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and their applications.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in UAE.
• In-depth understanding of PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Technical knowledge of VFDs, starters, and motor control centres.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Zoho Books.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Company-provided phone with a sim card and laptop for professional use.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (required)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales (preferred) Language:
English proficiency (preferred).

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
