We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales acumen to promote innovative solutions that optimize energy consumption, reduce carbon footprints, and drive sustainable practices for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of energy-efficient technologies, sustainability initiatives, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise on energy-efficient solutions, sustainable products, and services.
• Conduct energy audits and feasibility studies to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in energy and sustainability.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and documentation to track progress and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project details in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales engineering within the energy efficiency, renewables, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of energy-efficient systems, renewable energy technologies, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications such as LEED, CEM (Certified Energy Manager), or PMP are a plus.
• Experience in conducting energy audits and developing energy-saving strategies.
