Sales Engineer - Lighting

Company: The company is one of the most respected lighting and electrical trading companies in the Gulf region based in Dubai. We have operations in Oman, Qatar and India. The brand was established 25 years back.

Role:
This will be a challenging role focused on large scale lighting project sales and the candidate should have strong relationship with MEP contractors, Interior fit-out installers, MEP consultants, Lighting designers etc .You will be reporting to the Head of Lighting Projects and work closely with key corporate client accounts in the UAE .

Candidate should be presentable, must have good communication skills, effective problem-solving skills and must be able to provide solution selling techniques to meet the clients demands and also ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the specification agreed

Responsibilities:
- Drive lighting products enquiries, orders and sales to increase market share.
- Drive and establish product guidelines to define Sales and Orders for execution in the UAE market.
- Conduct Customer, Market & Competitor Analysis.
- Identify any Lighting Product Quality issues & Customer Issues to inform Management.
- Identify new product and new product lines.
- Keep and Develop a healthy pipeline of projects.
- Support the team in putting together technical bids.
- Responding quickly to inquiries.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Create business development plans.

Requirements

- Current UAE Lighting Industry experience is a must.
- Should have exposure to lighting design.
- Should preferably have an Electrical Engineering degree.
- UAE Driving License.
- Excellent communication skills.
