About the Client:
An Abu-Dhabi based leading provider of cutting-edge fire protection solutions, specializing in the design, installation, and rigorous testing for fire detection, firefighting, and emergency lighting systems

Job Description:
-Develop and implement strategies to grow the maintenance business, pursue opportunities for AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services, and work towards sales targets and revenue goals.
-Build relationships with facility managers, developers, consultants, and contractors; conduct presentations; and attend meetings, site visits, and networking events to generate leads.
-Ensure contracts comply with CD regulations and NFPA standards, collaborate with teams to execute contracts smoothly, and address client concerns with technical solutions.
-Maintain accurate records, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and track payments to ensure timely collections.

Qualifications:
-Male, open to Indians within 40 years and below
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
-At least 4-5 years of sales experience in the UAE fire protection industry
-Must have a UAE Driving License

Salary:
AED 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
