Job description / Role
Sales and Customer Service:
• Procure new customers/clients
• Provide customer service to the new and existing clients and maintain good relations with them
• Answer queries of prospective clients, provide information they require, advise them on the most suitable products for them and inform them of the applications of the products offered
• Obtain approval from Accounts before proceeding with the manufacturing or releasing of any order
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely delivery of the order
• Follow up with customers for payment issues
• Liaise with marketing department for updating of brochures and product related information
Reports:
• Prepare monthly current and expected orders reports for management
• Create progress reports for management post business trips
Research & Development:
• Research the market, stay up to date with competitors
• Coordinate with the Engineering department for new products to improve the existing system based on market requirements
Requirements
• At least 2 years experience in refrigerated vehicles sales
• Holding a diploma or Bachelors Degree - Mechanical or automotive engineering will be a bonus
• Exceptional negotiation Skills
• Fluent communicator in English - Arabic will be a bonus
