Sales Exceutive

Job description / Role

The Sales Executive is responsible for improving promotional gift items market position. You will build key customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals. You are expected to develop a rapport with new clients and it is your responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market and services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the company to an agreed annual target, increasing year on year
- Maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Presenting the company to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Manage weekly Sales meetings to present your sales process and business strategy

Requirements

- 3+ years of Sales experience in the UAE is essential
- Excellent written and verbal English language capabilities
- Attention to details and organizational skills
- Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs
- Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills
- Market knowledge and new ideas
- With Valid UAE driving license
