Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a UAE National ( Family Book), preferably Male with 1 to 3 Years of Experience in Sales. Candidates must have their experience either in Freezones or in Real states Companies. Excellent communicator in both English and Arabic and in presentation skills. It is highly important that they have experience in assigned targets and is comfortable in traveling abroad as well.

Role Purpose: Execute, the sales target plan, to achieve the individual target as assigned, in order to contribute to the overall organization business target.

Responsibilities:
- Within the geographical assigned area, Plan, and execute day-to-day sales activities, with focus on meeting and attracting potential clients, developing relationships with potential customers, and closing the deals as the opportunities arises, and by turn achieving the individual assigned target
- Make sure that the whole sales cycle is closed from receiving the leads details, till, clients have obtained their premises with full services requested are provided.
- Provide feedback, and information with relation to sales policies, procedures and required information.
- Present the organization in the assigned road shows, exhibitions, and conferences that would lead to obtain leads and potential clients.
- Perform other duties within the context of the job roles asked by the department line manager.
- Deal with internal and external entities to assist in promoting the organization, coordinate with departments and answer queries and resolve routine issues pertaining sales initiatives.
- Track and ensure that all sales clients complaints are resolved through the formal channels
- Prepare routine or special reports/ data pertaining, sales various actions, Assist in compiling reports or data of a wider and complex nature.
- Ensure the paperwork and documentation of sales various initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelors in Business Administration (With a focus on sales), or a related discipline.
- 1-3 year experience in front office sales.

Skills:
- Administrative skills, filing and managing time and priorities
- Ability to remain updated with new sales techniques, market data, and industry details
- Proficient in written and oral Arabic and English.
- Ms office, power point presentation.
