Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is expanding and looking to add an enthusiastic and professional sales executive to our dynamic team in an office based role primarily responsible for contacting prospective customers to generate interest in our products by delivering a clear and consistent product value proposition message to develop customer interest with executives within construction companies, including top level decision makers, while building a solid qualified lead database.

Initial contact to be made with prospects through cold calling and email campaigns, perform follow-ups such as sending out marketing literature, scheduling callbacks to advance the prospect in the sales cycle, and forward interested prospects to the sales and technical teams.

About the role:
• Focus of the position is on prospecting and lead generation
• Continuous database building of qualified leads
• Drive the sales pipeline volume by cold calling and emailing prospects
• Send marketing materials to prospects and contacts identified through lists such as conference attendees and business directories as well as own lead generation.
• Perform company research to identify potential opportunities and identify the appropriate contacts within companies to grow prospect list;
• Create and deliver weekly status reports;
• Work cooperatively with the team to present a cohesive and smooth sales process;

Requirements

• Experience generating and qualifying leads.
• Experience with running e-mail campaigns.
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner to customers and the construction business community at large.
• Position requires resilience and perseverance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of a prospective customer’s organization;
• Fluent in spoken and written English - Essential
• Arabic speaking preferred
• Punctual, confident, good interpersonal skills and exceptional telephone manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Attested business, sales or similar qualification
