Job description / Role
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go extra mile” to drive sales
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Provide training sessions on products & sales techniques to employees at dealers
• Ensure that inventory is under adequate control
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
Requirements
• Proven work experience as Channel Sales Executive, Sales Representative or similar role
• Must have experience in selling office machines – shredders, laminating, currency counters and fire safes
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible
• High school degree; BS, degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
• UAE Driving license is mandatory
