Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Execute and achieve the yearly sales targets, which include volume, price margin and differentiation in alignment with, overall all segment targets.
• Manage external executive regional relationships along the Segment value chain.
• Specific focus areas include ability to drive change in behaviors to accommodate the new operating model of Polymers segment organization, commercial strategy and global/strategic account management at major customers.
• Responsible for driving growth on assigned geography territory by acquiring new customers.
• Coordinate all customers’ requirements across internal organization (logistic, technical and commercial).

Requirements

• KPIs: Key indicators that this role would be accountable for Region margin; volume; Price; Growth, Demand planning , Market Share , Net Back , Forecast Accuracy , NPS
• Problem solving/Decision making: Other context describing complexity of role, problem solving, decision making.

Minimum Qualifications:
• B.S. Degree is required

Minimum Experience:
• Technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required
• 3 years+ experience preferred; in Sales experience and/or Marketing
