Sales Executive – Online Property Listings
Salary: Based on experience plus commissions
Location: Dubai, UAE
Our Client is a formidable short term rental accommodation provider in the luxury Real Estate market.
In operation for just over a year, their portfolio has shown tremendous growth and are continuing to expand.
As a result of their expansion and to increase their team, we are seeking a Sales Person in property listings through online portals, agents and corporate clients.
• Develop and target the online portals service providers for property listings within the lesser known providers
• Research and establish offline agents in the market to list the company’s portfolio
• Target corporate clients in order to use their services and property listings
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the UAE in a Sales role
• Highly presentable and excellent negotiation skills
• Planning and implementation skills
• Possess excellent communication skills in English
• Computer literate with MS Office
• Excellent Sales Cycle knowledge and ROI processes
• Long term customer relationship approach; Business partnership approach
• CRM management knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Possess strong research and strategic analysis skills.
