Sales Executive

Job description / Role

- Responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability from a portfolio of accounts in Dubai
- Ensure consistent growth in all revenue-generating areas as well as achieving set targets set forth by the Master by servicing existing clients
- Respond to future changes in the department as may be required as by the hotel, industry and company
- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), timings, code of conduct and deadlines set by the Head of Operations
- Meet clients, visit Chefs, In-house guests at least once a week in order to maximize sales opportunities
- Consistently achieve 25 face-to-face quality sales calls per week, this also includes meetings in the hotel and site inspections
- Spend at least 75% of the time in contact with existing or potential clients whether in or outside of the hotel. Only 25% of the time should be spent on administrative tasks as outlined in the SOP

Requirements

- Open to Any nationality
- Male/Female, 38 years old and below
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing company in UAE
- With strong exposure in the UAE and KSA market
- Good exposure to retail sales or direct B2C
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team
- Strong Internet research skills required
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- With valid UAE driving license
