Job Description:

Due to rapid global expansion we are looking for a confident, challenge-driven, and passionate Sales Executive with excellent English levels, to grow our sales team in the Dubai office. The right candidate will be responsible for helping build and nurture our ever-growing agent network, action leads provided by our Marketing team, and be willing to commit fully to a sales career in one of the most exciting student accommodation companies in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and other platforms such as Whatsapp and WeChat
• Qualify enquiries and make suggestions of suitable apartments
• Take students through the full journey of presenting what Vita Student offers through to completing their accommodation booking
• Balance Agent relationships and referrals with direct lead enquiries
• Arrange viewings (virtual or face-to-face) with UK-based Residence teams
• Meeting monthly sales targets

Salary:
AED 6,500 to 7,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Additional monthly sales commission and regular cash bonuses. All benefits as per UAE labour law. Full training provided.

Requirements

• High levels of English proficiency
• Confident communicating via phone, email, Whatsapp and other online services
• Good workload management
• Motivated and enjoy working in a rewarding, target-driven role.
• A lively personality with the ability to build relationships quickly with students, their parents, and new and existing agents
• The ability to convey passion and belief in the incredible experience life at Vita Student offers
• Experience in telephone sales/customer service and computer systems.
