Job description / Role
Sales Executive is expected to sell directly to end retailers on a daily basis & achieve maximum distribution within the allotted territory in order to achieve the monthly sales & GP target.
- To achieve the highest level of distribution of the agreed lines in outlets.
- To correctly maintain stock in the van and be able to forecast optimal replenishment stock for territory.
- To manage the day-to-day van operation (prepare for calls, set objectives, ensure that you have all necessary tools to complete an effective call at all times, etc).
- To achieve the volume, value & GP targets set by line manager through selling the range of products assigned to territory.
- To acquire complete understanding of product range and transfer knowledge/ features & benefits to customers.
- To observe and report all significant competitive activities including price changes.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, (Hindi and Arabic) an advantage
- Experience in using HHT devices.
- Experience in route planning.
- Great attention to details/follow up on after sales service.
- Valid Driver’s license issued in the UAE.
- Experience in FMCG or distribution related background in UAE.
