Sales Executive - China Market
We are looking for a Sales Executive who has extensive experience within the FMCG industry selling to the China market - Mandarin language is preferred.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully targeting companies and building relationships
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Setting individual sales targets with your reporting manager and meeting those planned sales goals
• Tracking sales goals and reporting back to management the progress
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, conferences and online learning
• Promoting B&S organization and the products
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our customers
• Experience in the FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Successful previous experience in a sales role consistently meeting and exceeding set targets
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
